Important: Physicals for Athletes and Marching Band Students – May 21

Dear MWISD Parents and Guardians,

Attention all student athletes and high school marching band members!  Mineral Wells High School will be hosting physicals on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 4:30 PM in the MWHS gym.  Please do not arrive before 4:30 PM unless your student is already on campus for 8th-period athletics.

Details:

• Cost: $10 (cash or check accepted)
• Location: Mineral Wells High School
• Who needs a physical?
  • All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade student athletes for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Any student athlete without a current physical on file
  • All high school marching band students without a physical on file

Physicals completed at this event will go directly on file for eligibility in MWISD athletics and activities.  Physical forms will be sent home with students ahead of time and should be brought with them on the day of physicals.  You can also find and download all required forms online at www.mwrams.net.
